"Works now, but I had to push to get support moving"
We did get Pitney Bowes connected to our shipping software in the end, but the setup was definitely more frustrating than I expected. At first, it felt like we were going in circles with support, and I ended up having to escalate the issue before things really started moving. Once the right person got involved, they helped get it sorted out. It’s working fine now, but the process was clunkier than it should’ve been, and the system still feels a little awkward at times

"Tracking Was Surprisingly Accurate"
I’ll be honest, I was a little unsure at first because I’d seen some mixed reviews online. But in my case, the Pitney Bowes tracking was actually really accurate from start to finish. It updated whenever the package moved, and the estimated delivery date ended up being right.

It wasn’t anything fancy, but it did exactly what I needed it to do. I checked it a few times along the way, and everything lined up with what was happening, so I really don’t have any complaints.

"Shipping costs are okay, I guess"
The shipping costs weren’t bad, honestly. Could they be cheaper? Sure, but I feel like I say that about everything these days, including coffee and those random little snacks by the checkout that somehow always get me. Anyway, the price was okay overall, just not exactly a bargain.

"Invoices could definitely be clearer!!!"
I use Pitney Bowes for mailing stuff, and it works fine most days!!! No huge complaints there, but the invoices can be confusing sometimes!!!
Some of the charges feel buried or labeled in a weird way, so I end up going back and checking things more than once!!! Support did explain it to me, which helped, but I really feel like the bill should be easier to understand right from the start!!!

Support got back to me fast and fixed my postage problem without making me explain the whole thing over and over, which was a relief. I was kind of annoyed at first, but then it ended up being smooth, so yeah, I’m happy with it.

The Pitney Bowes contract terms felt clear and fair to me. I’m absolutely convinced that as long as you actually read through the renewal dates, fees, and cancellation rules before signing, you’ll know exactly what you’re getting into. It’s not a perfect contract, obviously, but I’m telling you, there really aren’t any big surprises if you pay attention.
